Job summary

TCR Group is seeking a Lead Service Technician/Mechanic – GSE/Diesel for our Dulles, VA workshop. You will lead diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability and performance for customers in a fast-growing aviation services company.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with a supportive team to drive career growth as the company expands globally.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles, including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines, and other components.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections following manufacturer and customer requirements.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining quality control and product integrity.
• Health & Safety: Promote safety, use protective equipment, report incidents, and support health and safety initiatives.
