TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC in Warwick, RI is seeking a Full Time GSE Technician (Laborer/Ramp). You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ground support equipment used in airport operations to keep daily flight activity safe and reliable.

This hands-on role welcomes those with mechanical instincts and diesel/auto experience; no certifications required. You’ll learn aviation-specific procedures on the job and train to service tugs, belt loaders, GPU, air

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic mechanical experience in automotive, diesel, or equipment.
Must provide own tools.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and service ground equipment daily.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on tugs, belt loaders, GPU, air start units, A/C units, and service carts.
Conduct diagnostic testing to identify issues.
Repair or replace defective components.
Build and assemble mechanical components as required.
Clean, lubricate, and service machinery parts.
Check and replenish fluids and filters.
Maintain maintenance logs and required GSE documentation.
Provide guidance to operators on proper equipment use and care.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
