ERMC in Dallas, TX is seeking a GSE Operations Manager to oversee daily ground service operations, ensuring safety and efficient service delivery in the air travel industry.

You will lead a team, drive process improvements, monitor metrics, and collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the aviation or related industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to ground services operations.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is essential.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.


• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.


• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
