Job summary

Leadec is seeking a PEM-GSE Maintenance Technician for our Jacksonville, FL facility. This on-site role supports PM tasks, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime on ground support equipment and production assets.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read schematics and use Maximo. Diesel/HVAC certifications are a plus and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Diesel and HVAC certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM tasks and log work orders in Maximo.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Respond to production maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Lead safety improvements and 5S housekeeping.
• Review and implement customer feedback and directives.
• Collaborate with supervisor on root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Update as-built drawings and maintain documentation.
