Job summary

AEG Fuels is seeking a skilled GSE Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair Ground Support Equipment at Atlanta, GA or Cocoa Beach, FL. This hands-on role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and documents work orders to keep equipment safe and ready for service.

Requires 3+ years of experience with GSE or heavy equipment; aviation GSE experience is preferred; candidate must lift up to 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing GSE, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery.
• Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and specs.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and standard shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair GSE.
• Perform preventive maintenance per specs and standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Document inspections, labor, parts, and status in work orders.
• Assist with sourcing parts and maintaining inventory.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE standards are followed.
