Job summary

JSX is seeking a Manager of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to lead the maintenance program across locations. You will supervise technicians, drive safety and reliability, and manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and fleet planning in alignment with JSX policies and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with station leaders, vendors, and operations to optimize asset readiness, reduce downtime, and control costs while traveling up to 50% to support multiple stations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GSE, automotive, or fleet maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Strong knowledge of tools, wiring diagrams, and OEM maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead GSE technicians and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Manage budgets, long‑term fleet planning, and OEM standards.
• Coordinate with stations, vendors, and transport for timely service.
• Maintain asset tracking, parts inventories, and documentation.
• Travel ~50% and lead special projects as needed.
