Menzies Aviation is hiring for a GSE Manager in Seattle, WA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining and managing ground support equipment, ensuring safety and procedure compliance, and optimizing fleet operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and substantial maintenance/administrative experience, with tools in hand to perform required tasks, and must pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Prefer college-level courses in mechanical engineering, transportation management, or business management.
• Five years mechanical maintenance and repair in an industrial vehicle operation.
• Two years in administrative or supervisory capacity.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must pass a drug test and a federal background check.
• Must have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs a preventive maintenance program to minimize cost and maximize use of equipment.
• Detailed record keeping of all fleet vehicles and the organization and tracking of fleet expenses.
• Administers a testing and inspection program to determine quality, suitability, and compliance with specifications for vehicles, parts accessories, and materials.
• Directs a quantity and quality control program to maintain satisfactory levels of work performance.
• Plans, organizes, and directs the work of the duties to meet objectives with the most efficient use of personnel, facilities and equipment.
