Hydrogen Group is recruiting for a confidential aerospace client in Briggs, Texas, to hire a GSE Build Technician II who will fabricate, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot ground support equipment used in rocket production, testing and launch operations.

This hands-on Level II role requires independent work with limited supervision and collaboration with Engineering, Test Operations, Launch Operations, Quality, EH&S, and other technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical fabrication, assembly, and testing experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Experience with tubing, piping, valves, and high‑pressure systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently fabricate, install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, modify, and upgrade GSE.
• Build mechanical and fluid assemblies from engineering drawings and documentation.
• Prepare tubing and piping, including bending and routing stainless steel tubing.
• Install fittings and assemblies with correct torque and orientation.
• Record work details in JIRA or designated systems.
