UPS is seeking a qualified Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on UPS GSE, including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and air brake systems, and electrical components. The successful candidate will lift up to 70 pounds, work with diverse teams, and document all work in the company system.

Qualifikationen

• Experience maintaining Ground Support Equipment (GSE) including gas/diesel engines, hydraulics and air brake systems
• Ability to diagnose issues with test equipment and manuals
• Must supply own basic tools and be flexible with shifts

• Perform daily and preventative maintenance on GSE to ensure safety and reliability
• Diagnose problems using test equipment and manuals
• Repair or replace components such as carburetors, governors, sensors and ignition parts
• Operate and test equipment to verify performance and quality

• Adhere to DOT requirements and safety procedures
