Job summary

Musely is seeking a Performance Video Editor to shape compelling video content for our paid campaigns. You will edit short- and long-form creative across YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, and more, using storytelling, motion design, and performance insights to drive action from audiences.

Ideal candidates bring advanced Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, a strong portfolio, and the ability to iterate quickly. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams and leverage AI tools to speed

Qualifications

• Professional experience editing performance-driven video creative for paid social, digital, and CTV campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing and motion-design tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Experience using creative performance data to inform future edits and testing.
• Experience working in beauty, health, wellness, telehealth, or CPG is required.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video creative for paid acquisition campaigns across YouTube, Connected TV, Meta, Pinterest, AppLovin, and other digital platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, animation, sound design, and visual effects to strengthen storytelling and improve performance.
• Adapt creative for different platforms, audiences, placements, and formats.
• Balance speed with craftsmanship to produce high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
• Develop multiple creative variations to test different hooks, messaging, pacing, formats, and visual approaches.
• Translate performance insights into stronger edits and future creative explorations.
• Stay current on platform trends, creative best practices, and emerging paid-media formats.
• Partner closely with Brand, Creative, and Growth to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorms and creative reviews.
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines.
