You will own production ramps, readiness pipelines, and cross-functional Lean projects to increase reliability and on-time delivery. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to prepare for demand, drive manufacturability improvements, and advance the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of leadership in operational readiness, Lean, and structured problem solving.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Propulsion Systems readiness pipeline for new ramps, transitions, and rate capability.
• Partners with Value Stream Managers, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive quality-focused process innovation.
• Translates customer demand into actionable operational readiness plans with Program Management.
• Ensures supplier readiness mirrors internal readiness with Supply Chain.
• Leads non-recurring efforts for production acceleration and other growth demands.
• Drives capital readiness to support rate and capacity.
• Aligns with Engineering to influence design decisions for manufacturability and DFx.
