Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Growth & Transformation Manager to lead modern factory initiatives, automation, and innovation for the Space & Defense Group in Western New York.

You will own readiness pipelines, partner across Value Streams, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, and drive production ramps and capital readiness to scale the business. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 7+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing, and 3+ years of leadership in operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of leadership in operational readiness, Lean, and structured problem solving.
• Track record of stabilizing processes and improving performance through systems.
• Domestic and/or international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Propulsion Systems readiness pipeline for new ramps, transitions, and rate capability.
• Partners with Value Stream Managers, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive quality-focused innovation in manufacturing process.
• Translates customer demand into actionable operational readiness plans with Program Management.
• Works with Supply Chain to ensure supplier readiness mirrors internal readiness.
• Leads non-recurring efforts for production acceleration programs and other growth demands.
• Drives capital readiness to support rate.
• Aligns with Engineering to influence design decisions that reduce risk and improve manufacturability.
• DFx-focused to ensure producibility built into design.
