Walmart seeks a Distinguished Technical Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead company-wide, multi-year initiatives across hundreds of engineers. Define goals, align cross-functional teams, and shape roadmaps from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability and high availability.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML to translate complex requirements.
Proven track record delivering mission-critical, massive-scale global programs end-to-end.
Strong leadership to drive consensus among VP-level technical leaders across organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of company-wide, multi-year technical initiatives spanning hundreds of engineers.
Partner with senior engineering leaders to shape technical strategy and oversee scalable system design.
