Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Analyst to join Macquarie Capital’s Growth and Technology team in New York. The role focuses on Growth-Oriented Asset-Light investments across tech-enabled firms, performing research, due diligence, and financial analysis to support capital-raising opportunities and portfolio oversight.

You will develop financial models, create presentations and memoranda for investment committees, and help guide portfolio company performance and strategic direction for a better

Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in private equity, venture capital, junior debt/equity investment or investment banking.
Strong analytical, modelling, presentation, research, and interpersonal skills.
FINRA exams are required or must be obtained within 6 months (SIE, S79, S63 as applicable).

Responsibilities

Conduct industry and company research, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Build financial models, presentations, and investment committee memoranda.
Help manage and track portfolio company performance and strategic direction.
