Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited in New York/Chicago seeks an Analyst/Associate to support the Software & Services M&A team. You will assist clients with financial and strategic needs and participate in advisory, capital raising and principal transactions, contributing to deal execution and portfolio services.

The role requires 1–4 years in investment banking, a finance/economics/maths degree, strong Excel/financial modelling skills, and solid understanding of financial statements.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in investment banking (Software, Business Services or Technology, M&A experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and financial modelling.
• Understanding of financial statements, accounting and finance.

Responsibilities
