Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Growth Support Specialist to assist the HSA Bank Growth team with event coordination, broker/employer changes, and inquiries across multiple systems. You will route materials for review, prepare standard proposals, and support ad-hoc tasks to advance growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong written communication, can manage multiple priorities with fast response times, and 0–2 years of experience supporting remote sales teams in a busy environment.

• Arranges for collateral and materials to brokers/employer groups.
• Coordinates regional tradeshows and events for HSA Bank growth team.
• Handles payments, and works with legal team for vendor contracting.
• Assists Growth Enablement team with content management.
• Creates standard RFPs
• Assist with training new team members

The Difference You Make

Provides day-to-day support to the HSA Bank Growth team, including the remote Sales and Relationship Management teams. The Growth Support Specialists act as a point of reference, efficiently responding to requests for event coordination, employer and broker change processing, and research inquiries. This role routinely works within multiple systems to complete requests, route materials for review/approval, create standard proposals and take on ad-hoc assignments, as needed.

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
