Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Growth Strategy Associate to build models turning headcount and program plans into 5–10 year real estate forecasts and to craft the data tools the team relies on.

You'll join the Strategic Real Estate planning group, extend Palantir Foundry pipelines with Python/SQL, and develop LLM‑based tools to automate data extraction, reconciliation, and slide production for leadership reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with technical ability.
• 2–4 years in data science, analytics, FP&A, or capacity planning.
• Regular use of LLMs via APIs, agents, or automated workflows.
• Interest in data science demonstrated through projects or work.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain 5–10 year portfolio forecasts by division, workforce type, and region.
• Track plan vs. actuals and explain changes across forecast versions.
• Forecast office, R&D, and production space demand against supply; size gaps.
• Model scenarios including program wins/losses, M&A, relocations.
• Develop utilization metrics and investigate sites with anomalies.
• Collaborate with Talent and People teams on hiring velocity and in-office patterns.
• Extend Palantir Foundry data pipelines with Python and SQL, with version control.
• Build LLM-based tools to automate data extraction, reconciliation, and slide production.
• Prepare slides and memos for leadership reviews and present findings.
