Oura is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to lead the design and evolution of platforms, workflows, and governance for machine learning at scale. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to streamline training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management across multiple domains in a shared cloud data platform.

This remote US role sits in the Data Engineering & Analytics team, defining standards, improving reliability, and driving automation across cloud-based ML workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, machine learning engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of environment, platform capabilities, and operational foundations for ML workflows.
• Define and evolve model governance practices, including reproducibility, lineage, access controls, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve end-to-end ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and governance.
