Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting, business operations, growth strategy, or similar.
• Ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous problems and translate recommendations into action.
• Experience developing growth strategies, evaluating new markets, launching initiatives, or scaling functions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to derive insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional project management and ability to drive complex initiatives across functions.
• Strong executive communication to synthesize information and present recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of key practice areas and identify new opportunities.
• Build scalable operating models with processes, tech, and performance management.
• Manage organizational performance with clear metrics and accountability.
