Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead high-priority growth and operational initiatives across the firm. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, business operations, growth strategy, or similar analytical/execution environment.
• Ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous business problems and translate recommendations into action.
• Experience developing growth strategies, evaluating new markets, launching initiatives, or scaling businesses or operating functions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent project management and demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives across functions.
• Strong executive communication to synthesize information and present clear recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategies for key practice areas, including identifying opportunities and scaling operations.
• Build scalable operating models with processes, technology, reporting, and performance management.
• Manage organizational performance with metrics and accountability to achieve targets.
• Lead strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve performance and reduce bottlenecks.
• Develop go-to-market and marketing strategies with practice leaders to capture addressable markets.
• Translate priorities into actionable workplans with milestones and owners, anticipating risks and dependencies.
