Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead high-priority growth and operational initiatives across the firm. This role offers significant ownership, exposure to senior leadership, and the ability to directly impact the growth of America’s largest personal injury law firms.

The Senior Manager will primarily scale high-growth practice areas and partner with leadership in the Complex Litigation organization on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus but not required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, business operations, growth strategy, or similar analytical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous business problems and translate recommendations into action.
• Experience developing growth strategies, evaluating new markets, launching initiatives, or scaling businesses.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of key practice areas by partnering with leadership to identify opportunities and scale operations.
• Build scalable operating models including processes, structures, technology, reporting, and performance systems.
• Manage organizational performance with clear metrics and accountability across teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives with cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and reduce bottlenecks.
• Develop go-to-market and marketing strategies in collaboration with Marketing and practice leaders.
• Translate priorities into workplans with milestones and owners, and manage risks to implementation.
