Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 1-3 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
• Take initiative to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals.
• Energetic, resourceful and driven, with ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment.
• Hungry to learn and actively look for opportunities to contribute.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing operational and strategic initiatives; help set short-term and long-term goals to drive company growth.
• Be the operations lead in managing and delivering projects; supervise surrounding business operations activities and assist when needed.
• Implement and oversee effective reporting and productivity goals for various teams, ensuring metrics are useful, visible, and streamlined.
• Synthesize feedback from functional teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders to identify challenges as well as optimization opportunities.
• Actively look for ways to improve upon existing procedures, systems, and processes.
• Act as a generalist in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role.
• Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets.
• Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority.
