Qualifications

• Experience in real estate brokerage or growth-oriented roles.
• Proven track record leading high-performing professionals and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the Wisconsin residential real estate market.
• Excellent strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and integrity with client/agent focus.
• Active Wisconsin real estate license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities to establish new offices, recruit established teams, enter new markets and develop strategic partnerships.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, complementary services, affiliations and acquisitions that strengthen the business model.
• Establish measurable growth objectives and develop strategies, resources and accountability to achieve them.
• Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation with metrics and reporting.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador and nurture culture in the Wisconsin real estate community.
• Evaluate tools and resources for agents and identify opportunities to increase brokerage value.
