You will own segmentation, set KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to scale initiatives. Hybrid work in the US, with a strategic, high-impact footprint across brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CPG customer or sales strategy.
• Experience turning portfolio strategies into retailer plans.
• Expertise in segmentation and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own GCC customer segmentation and growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end engagement plans linking platform strategy to retailers.
• Convert GCC strategies into retailer plans and omnichannel activation.
• Coordinate Sales with Marketing, Insights, Shopper, Analytics, and Finance.
• Set KPIs and measure the incrementality of GCC activation.
