Job summary

Auxia is hiring one high-impact operator to work directly with the founders, owning the questions that shape the company’s next 18 months. You’ll go from thesis to execution quickly: sourcing accounts, shaping narratives, and driving deals while feeding learnings back into the product roadmap.

You’ll own go-to-market strategy, external narrative, and the product strategy loop, collaborating with engineers and leadership to push rapid, revenue-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Define GTM strategy with segmentation, ICP, competitive positioning.
• Design external narrative: messaging, proof points, and market stance.
• Develop product strategy loops: align with engineering and iterate on business cases.
• Craft investor/board narratives and traction assets for fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy and market map with pricing and packaging.
• Drive external narrative and demand generation through video, content, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate customer feedback into product specs.
• Shape investor narratives, market sizing, and competitive framing for board materials.
