Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the experimentation engine behind global growth. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with Growth, Commercial, Data, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing, and ensure scalable, data-driven execution.

The role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and expertise in running experiments with rigorous measurement and guardrails. Based in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles.
• Strong project management with cross-functional dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing or coordinating experiments; familiarity with A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesizing insights.
• Ability to execute in ambiguity and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate hypotheses into a single prioritized backlog and manage global calendar so teams can plan and learn.
• Define hypothesis, metric, and target effect size for campaigns before build; establish measurement approach.
• Design, QA, and launch live campaigns across Martech stack; draft terms with Legal when needed.
• Build and maintain tracking taxonomy and dashboards; monitor performance and share learnings.
• Identify gaps in tooling and process; codify repeatable work and enable AI-augmented workflows with guardrails.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, targets, and actuals across campaigns.
