Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a senior growth experiments leader to design, run, and optimize cross-functional campaigns that drive global growth. You will translate strategic hypotheses into scalable workflows, own the experimentation calendar, and ensure rigorous measurement across all efforts.

You will work with data science, product, and engineering to deploy experiments at scale, leveraging lifecycle tooling and analytics platforms like Looker, Mixpanel, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles.
• Experience designing or coordinating experiments with strong statistical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights clearly.
• Ability to execute in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the experimentation engine behind Airwallex's global growth.
• Design and manage end-to-end execution of growth experiments and campaigns.
• Translate strategic hypotheses into operational workflows.
• Own the growth campaign calendar and experiment roadmap.
• Build, QA, and launch campaigns across Hightouch, Marketo, Infobip, and Contentful.
