Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a Business Development Project Director to lead SME-level sales and BD initiatives for SMB clients. You will build, implement, train, and evaluate customized BD solutions that support the lead Project Director and Engagement plan.

The role requires on-site work with 75% travel, fluency in English and Spanish, and deep experience in sales enablement, CRM tools, and PM software. 1099 contractor for the initial 90 days with evaluation at 90 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience with a proven value delivery record.
• Valid state driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business development discovery with Cogent clients and define growth goals.
• On-site development of a client-specific Business Development Plan within the BITE framework.
• Identify issues and opportunities to improve product/service sales, margins, and client liquidity.
• Manage work to high quality standards and timely delivery per Cogent Analytics process.
• Review sales activity reports and translate insights into client-facing improvements.
