Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business data and market insights into practical strategies.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Recommendations by analyzing objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data.
• Conduct Business Analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support Strategic Planning with leadership to align plans with goals.
• Identify Growth Opportunities across markets, products, and services.
• Improve Business Operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Build Business Cases with financial analyses and presentations.
• Manage Strategic Projects from planning through implementation with milestones and risks.
• Monitor Performance by tracking KPIs and reporting progress to leadership.
• Conduct Competitive Research on industry trends, competitors, and tech developments.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration across departments to ensure alignment.
• Prepare Executive Presentations translating research into concise reports and dashboards.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks for strategic initiatives.
• Support Change Initiatives in transformation and process improvements.
• Measure Strategic Outcomes and adjust based on data.
