Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Recommendations by analyzing objectives, market conditions, and data.
• Conduct Business Analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support Strategic Planning with leadership to align plans with goals.
• Identify Growth Opportunities across markets, segments, products, and services.
• Improve Business Operations by evaluating processes and increasing efficiency.
• Build Business Cases with financial analyses and documentation for initiatives.
• Manage Strategic Projects from planning to implementation and track milestones.
• Monitor Performance using KPIs and provide updates to leadership.
• Conduct Competitive Research on industry developments and trends.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration across departments to align initiatives.
• Prepare Executive Presentations translating research into concise reports and dashboards.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks associated with initiatives.
