Job summary

Faire is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Lead to drive growth by blending analytical rigor with strategic intuition. You will partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to inform the roadmap and translate insights into action.

You will own critical metrics, develop hypotheses, and lead large cross-functional initiatives that move company-wide KPIs. This role requires strong communication, fast learning, and a pragmatic, outcomes-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics/strategy
• Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to diverse audiences
• Solid analytical foundation and comfort with large datasets
• Fast learner with ability to grasp new topics quickly
• Strategic problem solver capable of breaking down ambiguous problems

Responsibilities

• Break down complex and ambiguous strategic problems to uncover actionable insights
• Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives with product, sales, finance, operations, and marketing
• Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute analyses to inform leadership decisions
• Own key business metrics and surface salient insights to drive them
• Provide thought partnership to cross-functional teammates to ensure data is used effectively
• Develop scalable operational processes and improve team capabilities
