Faire is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Senior Lead to drive smarter decisions as fulfillment scales beyond 1% to 50%+ of GMV. You will align with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and GTM to define success, uncover blockers, and translate insights into strategy.

Qualifications

8+ years of analytical/strategic experience across product analytics, consulting, or business operations.
Strong problem-solving with first principles approach.
Highly analytical with KPIs, opportunity sizing, and performance measurement.
Clear, data-driven communication to varied audiences.
Solid product and business intuition—link insights to goals.
Strong foundation in analytics and experimentation (SQL/Excel).
Scrappy and fast learner with adaptability to new topics.

Responsibilities

Be the analytical DRI for fulfillment, owning north-star metrics across supply, demand, economics, and quality.
Own experimentation strategy and analyze results from quick tests to long-running holds.
Lead product analytics from discovery to reorder behavior with trustworthy instrumentation.
Drive brand-growth analytics and surface levers that accelerate supply-side growth.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with partners in Product, Ops, Finance, and GTM.
Uplift the team by building scalable analytical processes and AI-enabled workflows.
