Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced paid social leader to own the diversification agenda beyond Meta. You will be the in-house TikTok expert, building playbooks, running structured pilots on Pinterest and Snap, and driving incrementality tests to decide what to scale.

You’ll hand mature channels to the broader paid social team with documented playbooks. You have 5+ years in paid social with deep TikTok fluency, and you’ll shape creative strategy for platform-native content while exploring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid social with hands-on TikTok fluency at high-spend D2C/e‑commerce.
• You’ve scaled a TikTok account from a small share to a meaningful contributor.
• Strong ability to design and defend incrementality experiments.

Responsibilities

• Scale TikTok as a native-first growth engine with architecture, bidding and audience strategy.
• Develop TikTok creative strategy and manage Spark Ads and creator partnerships.
• Run structured pilots for Pinterest, Snap and potential Reddit slots with rigorous testing.
• Design conversion lift and geo experiments to decide what to scale or sunset.
• Own data foundations across emerging channels and assess cannibalization and incremental CAC.
• Stay ahead on future channels and maintain a prioritized pilot backlog.
• Handover proven channels to BAU with documented playbooks.
