About the Role

We're looking for a driven Growth Strategist with a strong background in paid social channels (Meta, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, and more) to join our team. You will collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams to develop and execute impactful paid social campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about testing innovative strategies, crafting compelling direct-response creative, and scaling performance for brands across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Tiktok Shop, Pinterest, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze holistic business performance on a weekly basis across various DTC brands (verticals ranging from fashion, apparel, health/wellness, beauty, CPG, and more).
  • Coordinate with internal team (creative, data science, paid search) to ensure unified, data-driven growth initiatives.
  • Continuous learning and application of growth efforts outside of paid media channels (web optimizations, landing pages, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing) when possible.
  • Identify cross-channel opportunities to amplify paid social impact.
  • Strategically allocate budgets based on holistic growth goals to maximize client profitability and new customer growth.
  • Present to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Campaign Management

  • Take ownership of managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, and Pinterest for diverse brands.
  • Craft persuasive messaging angles, proactively test ad creative, and regularly brief new assets to maximize new customer ROI.
  • Research, build, and optimize product data feeds for dynamic ad campaigns.
  • Ideate and execute ad creative scripts/briefs across different client verticals, focusing on compelling hooks and engaging storytelling for Meta, Tiktok, and Pinterest ads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor creative strategies to ensure our client creatives remain fresh, relevant, and high performing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless execution of ad creative concepts that follow brand guidelines across all clients.
  • Source and brief UGC creators based on best performing ads or concepts that need to be tested.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (In-house performance tracker, proprietary LuckyMMM tool, forecasting, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Northbeam) to monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Regularly analyze performance data, identifying actionable insights to continuously improve holistic and in-platform ROI.
  • Create digestible, impactful performance reports and presentations that showcase our success and continued next steps/proactive strategy to clients.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with our awesome internal teams—creative, strategy, data—to deliver high performing ads for various brands.
  • Communicate proactively with clients independently, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in our strategies.
  • Lead internal brainstorming and strategy sessions focused on creative and growth marketing solutions.

Learning

  • Conduct comprehensive research on client brands, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy development.
  • Leverage deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends within the DTC landscape to drive growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning and deepening your understanding of holistic growth marketing.

Qualifications

  • Driven, self-motivated, self-starter who enjoys creativity as much as analytics.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing paid social campaigns with proven success on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (agency experience preferred).
  • Experience scaling brands that spend $50K-$1MM/month on paid media channels.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands efficiently and achieving exceptional ROI.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative strategies, audience targeting, and campaign budgeting.
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4, TripleWhale, Northbeam).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and client-facing teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for learning, growth marketing, and personal development.
  • Ability to holistically analyze business performance across all marketing channels, and effectively manage the marketing cycle (plan, execute, report on results) to deliver both short-term and long-term growth for businesses.
