Job summary

Beacon is seeking a Head of Finance & Operations to be the CEO's right hand in Washington, DC. You will run internal operations, own revenue and marketing operations, and lead corporate development including M&A efforts.

You will report directly to the founder and help shape the company's growth trajectory by improving the Go-To-Market engine, building robust FP&A processes, and driving cross-functional initiatives with automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Finance foundation in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
• Experience with financial modeling for M&A.
• Operating experience at a growth-stage company in RevOps, BizOps or go-to-market ops.
• Willingness to be based in the Washington, DC area and work on-site with the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Run internal operations and own revenue operations, marketing operations, cadence, planning and metrics.
• Fix the go-to-market engine with data, collaborating with Sales and partnerships.
• Lead corporate development: evaluate targets, build models and drive deal process with the CEO.
• Own the financial picture: FP&A analyses, forecasting and board reporting, leveraging automation and AI.
• Multiply the CEO: drive cross-functional initiatives and act as proxy to the team.
