Job summary

National Life Group in Montpelier, VT is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to support our external wholesalers and drive life and annuity product sales. This onsite role requires four days a week in the office and may include a language differential pay for bilingual skills.

You will promote products via webinars, handle inbound/outbound calls, and capture activity in Salesforce. The position offers growth within a Servant Leadership culture and potential incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years financial services experience (preferred).
• 3+ years successful sales experience (preferred).
• Strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the interests of the audience and use technical and people skills to build relationships and grow sales.
• Interpersonal Flexibility.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
• Promote Life and Annuity products through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage inbound calls
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills and cross-selling with agents
• Manage and execute effective outbound call campaigns
• Present in small and large group settings
• Capture all activity and agent profile information into Salesforce.com
• Perform other duties as required
