Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for organic growth and new client acquisition.
• Identify attractive client segments, communities, and markets for growth.
• Articulate and amplify a compelling narrative around Clarendon's capabilities.
• Gather market feedback to refine positioning.
• Source, cultivate, and qualify relationships with prospective clients at the top of the market.
• Build and deepen relationships with centers of influence who can create pathways to clients.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline from initial relationship to qualified prospect.
• Partner with advisors to ensure seamless client handoffs.
• Create opportunities for prospects to engage with Clarendon through events and roundtables.
• Represent Clarendon at conferences to expand presence in target markets.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure pipeline quality and conversion.
