Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Services, with affluent or complex relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting.
• Maintain a high-net-worth referral network to grow a new book of business.
• Ability to solve complex financial challenges with holistic planning.
• Passion for guiding clients and delivering bespoke solutions in a team.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 66 (or 63/65); licensing within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful and enduring client relationships with exceptional, personalized service.
• Collaborate with clients to discern needs and aspirations, crafting bespoke solutions across short-, medium-, and long-term planning.
• Foster and deepen banking and lending relationships; conduct in-person consultations with prospects and clients.
• Present JPMorgan Private Client value proposition to attract and nurture relationships.
• Share insights on economy and markets to build trust and secure business.
• Build a robust pipeline by acquiring new relationships and leveraging connections to grow client base.
• Network with referral sources and influential contacts to generate banking and investment opportunities.
• Develop internal partnerships across all business lines to meet client needs with precision.
• Uphold risk and controls by adhering to policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
