SpaceXAI is seeking a Growth Recruiting Coordinator to support the Human Data team and scale hiring across Human Data roles. You will handle full-cycle recruiting communications, process coordination, and accurate pipeline management in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is precise, detail-oriented, and proactive, delivering a strong candidate experience while enabling the team to move quickly. Remote work is possible with some on-site collaboration in Palo Alto, CA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to move priority searches from outreach to close.
• Own candidate communications at key stages with clear role details, next steps, and questions.
• Coordinate workflows, approvals, and follow-ups to align candidates and partners.
• Create and maintain requisitions in the ATS with accurate stages and data.
• Monitor inbound inquiries and route complex cases as needed.
• Identify process gaps and keep documentation current.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized Growth Recruiting Coordinator to join SpaceXAI’s Human Data team and help scale hiring across our Human Data roles. You will support full-cycle recruiting through candidate communications, process coordination, and accurate pipeline management in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are precise operators who communicate clearly, stay ahead of details, and take pride in delivering a strong candidate experience while helping the team move quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to keep priority searches moving from outreach through close.
• Own candidate communications at key stages of the process, providing clear information on role details, next steps, and outstanding questions.
• Coordinate hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-ups so candidates and internal partners stay aligned.
• Create and maintain requisitions in the ATS, keeping stages, data, and process setup accurate for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor inbound candidate and stakeholder inquiries, routing complex cases as needed.
• Help improve recruiting operations by spotting process gaps and keeping documentation and workflows current

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruiting support in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience handling candidate correspondence and supporting a strong candidate experience from outreach through close.
• Experience coordinating across recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal partners.
• Experience using Greenhouse or another ATS to manage requisitions and workflows, keep pipeline data accurate, and support tracking and reporting.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment, with accuracy, follow-through, and tight attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Palo Alto, CA area; remote work is also possible

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

US-based candidates: $32/hour - $52/hour USD depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.

International candidates: Information will be provided to you during the recruitment process.
