Qualifications

• 2+ years of salaried General Manager experience in the QSR or retail industry.
• 3+ years of salaried or hourly assistant management experience is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all systems contributing to a profitable restaurant and ensure guest service standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead and coach a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers to achieve goals.
• Develop and execute the restaurant’s people plan, including hiring and developing the management team.
