Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Profitable Growth Management to join our Category Management Procurement team. This role will shape pricing strategy, promotional planning, and product assortment by turning data into actionable insights.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization and profitability. The position emphasizes advanced analytics, financial modeling, and dashboard reporting using tools like Excel and Power BI in a consumer-focused

Qualifications

Two or more years in Revenue Growth Management, FP&A, Pricing Analytics, Trade Analytics, or similar.
Experience in CPG, food service, or vending/micro-market environments is desirable.
Experience with promotional analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and analyze promotional events to drive revenue and profitability.
Forecast ROI, sales, gross profit, and margin impact for promotions.
Collaborate with Category Managers on test-and-learn initiatives and post-event analyses.
Identify gaps between forecasted and actual performance to improve planning.
Monitor promotional spending and develop investment guidelines.
Support pricing strategy, product assortment, and revenue optimization.
