Chime is seeking a Growth Product Scientist to partner with Growth Product and Engineering to drive measurable impact across the member journey, from acquisition to retention. You will design, analyze, and own end-to-end funnels, building a data-driven culture and delivering insights that shape how members discover, direct deposit, and derive value from Chime.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product/analytics roles (FinTech a plus)
• Expert SQL and Python
• Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests
• Trusted advisor to senior partners
• Proactive problem discovery
• Experience applying prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE)
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with building data pipelines (dbt/Airflow)
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor)

Responsibilities

• Partner with growth product, engineers, designers, and marketers on growth initiatives from acquisition to retention
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests; create metrics; design experiments; prioritize high-leverage tests
• Provide self-serve analytics tools and ad hoc analyses for decision making
• Apply advanced statistical methods and forecasting; potential ML for segmentation
• Build dashboards and KPIs; maintain event tracking across journeys
• Translate analyses into narratives for product and exec audiences
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and trust
