Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar in a startup focused on financial products.
• Solid knowledge of credit risk and lending processes is a nice to have.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and security protocols in finance is a nice to have.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data- and market-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with product management tools to manage backlogs and track progress.
• Ability to run sprints and own outcomes.
• Willingness to be an early employee with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Flex's Growth engine across multiple products and experiences.
• Drive enhancement of financial services including mobile apps and online account tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop internal analytics and workflows.
• Work with compliance and legal to ensure regulatory adherence and security.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, secure solutions on schedule.
• Use data analytics to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Support customer teams to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with Flex objectives.
