Job summary

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners. This is the founding Office of the CEO, a small team solving high-priority problems with no prewritten playbook, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.

You will own strategic projects, perform market research and competitive analysis, build models, and drive cross-functional execution while recruiting and mentoring new associates as the team grows. Based in Miami or NYC with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in top-tier investment banking, private equity, consulting, VC, or startup
• Track record of outperformance and trust with greater scope
• Strong quantitative skills: Excel, SQL, and modeling ability
• Comfort operating in ambiguity at speed with shifting priorities
• Willingness to 12-hour days, 5–6 days a week, especially early on
• Based in Miami or NYC with travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s highest-priority problems — strategic projects and market research
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and drive multi initiative execution
• Build and own financial models and analyses for major decisions
• Collaborate across departments as priorities shift
• Help recruit, ramp, and mentor new associates as the team grows
