Job summary

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners. The Founder's Associate on the Strategy Team works directly with the Founder & CEO to tackle the company’s highest-priority problems, often without a playbook.

You will own models, conduct market research, and collaborate across functions while growing the team of associates. Role requires 3–5 years in finance/strategy and a track record of outperformance in NYC or Miami, with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in top-tier investment banking, private equity, consulting, or fast-growing startup.
• Proven track record of outperformance and higher scope than peers.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with Excel and SQL experience.
• Ability to operate with extreme rigor in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Based in Miami or NYC with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Tackle the CEO's highest-priority problems with strategic projects and market research.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and execute across initiatives.
• Build and own financial models informing major company decisions.
• Collaborate across departments as business priorities shift.
• Help recruit, ramp, and mentor the associates who join after you.
