Tremendous is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward. You’ll own self-serve growth, designing for both solo marketers and future enterprise buyers, with the Growth team to be formed around your roadmap.

We are fully remote, profitable, and high-documentation. Expect to influence the roadmap, borrow engineers as needed, and build a team that scales with your plan. Competitive pay and equity, plus strong benefits.

Competenze

• 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with real time on acquisition, conversion, or activation.
• Ability to instrument a funnel, read data, and build a landing page when fastest path.
• Strong judgment on when to test and which signals matter for growth.
• Outstanding written communication in a documentation-first culture.

Mansioni

• Own first touch to first reward sent: signup, onboarding, and first order.
• Develop the growth roadmap and staff the squad through internal transfers or outside hires.
• Build systems to enable rapid testing: stand up and modify pages in a day.
• Run campaigns with Marketing: end-to-end from audience to emails and ads.
• Provide acquisition channels to product and engineering support: referrals, AI-search, chatbot referrals.
• Define incentives and what they’re worth; decide who gets test funds and waivers.
• Prototype with AI in hours and validate with real company contact the same week.
• Work async with a focus on written work over meetings.
• Report to Prateek Mehta (Group PM).
