Job summary

Duolingo is seeking a Product Manager to lead a new Growth team, owning strategy and execution to boost user retention and DAUs. You will collaborate with product design, writers, engineers, data scientists, and ML/AI partners to ship retentive experiences that engage learners across our global mobile app.

You will drive growth-related features from ideation through launch, measure impact, and iterate based on experiments.

Qualifications

• Product management experience on a consumer mobile product.
• Experience owning growth or growth-adjacent surfaces and retention metrics.
• Ability to lead strategy and execution for growth-related features, from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for a new growth team, from identifying opportunities to shipping and iterating on solutions
• Drive the team’s roadmap across high-impact workstreams, with DAUs as the north star
• Lead product features through their full lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, specification, development, launch, analysis, and iteration
• Work with engineers, data scientists, ML/AI partners, product writers, and designers to create retentive experiences
• Improve core metrics such as retention and feature adoption
• Partner with leadership to shape the direction of one of Duolingo’s top teams for driving top-line impact
