Job summary

Juicebox App, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our search acquisition across traditional and AI-native channels.

You will lead Google Ads, expand to Bing and OpenAI Ads, and directly influence multi-million dollar budgets in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment. You’ll partner with Sales and RevOps to build ABM programs, run rigorous experiments, and optimize CAC, conversions, and pipeline in a lean, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on Google Ads management with seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Experience in high consideration, low conversion environments (B2B SaaS/fintech).
• Strong analytical judgment and data-driven decision making.
• Highly autonomous, proactive in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Bing Ads or OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads and other search platforms.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
• Develop and run experiments on keywords, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaigns and funnel performance to guide budgets and channels.
• Build reporting and identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, and pipeline.
• Leverage AI tools to automate data collection and reporting while validating results.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revops to scale ABM campaigns for key accounts.
• Support broader marketing initiatives through ad hoc analysis.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our search acquisition engine across traditional and emerging search platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies across Google, Bing, OpenAI Ads, and other AI-native search channels, helping drive efficient customer acquisition and pipeline growth.

You'll take ownership of Google Ads while expanding our presence across Bing, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and emerging AI-native advertising platforms. This role offers a rare opportunity to manage a meaningful budget, shape our search strategy from the ground up, and directly influence how we invest millions of dollars in customer acquisition.

You'll join a lean, high-impact marketing team where speed matters, experimentation is encouraged, and great ideas can quickly become reality.

You Will…

• Take full ownership of Google Ads, Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and other search advertising platforms
• Own relationships with external agencies and various marketing partners
• Develop and execute experiments across keyword targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to inform budget and channel decisions
• Build reporting and identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, and pipeline
• Use AI tools to automate data collection, reporting, and other repetitive workflows while independently validating results
• Partner with Sales and Revops to build and scale ABM campaigns targeting key accounts
• Support broader marketing initiatives through ad hoc analysis and projects
  

You Have…

• 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
• Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads and seven-figure monthly budgets
• Experience with high consideration, low conversion volume environments such as B2B SaaS, fintech, insurance, or similar
• Strong analytical judgment and a holistic approach to evaluating marketing performance
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Experience with Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, or other emerging search channels is a plus
