Goodwall is a TIME100 award-winning social education app focused on helping millions of young people build skills and access opportunities. You will lead Product, Growth and Marketing, partnering with the Co-Founder and Head of Engineering to scale the platform and drive engagement.

You will own the roadmap, grow your team, and accelerate organic and paid growth across international markets, including North America, while ensuring a high-quality, on-brand user experience at every touchpoint.

Responsabilidades

• Scale a product that members love returning to.
• Accelerate member acquisition through ambassadors, referrals, and paid marketing; expand into North America.
• Align Product and Growth with Engineering and Data Science through launches and measurement.
• Set the standard for every detail in the user experience and messaging.
• Run experiments to understand retention and scale successful approaches.
• Hire and lead a strong team, prioritise and manage budget for growth.
