• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years in product management, digital platforms, AI-enabled products, technology, fintech, or related fields.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and platform governance.
• Strong executive communication and ability to lead in ambiguity.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and operating model for AI-enabled digital products and platform capabilities.
• Serve as the general manager for the AI products and platforms domain, making integrated decisions across multiple functions.
• Identify opportunities to use emerging technology to solve high-value problems.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product concepts, journeys, requirements, MVPs, test plans, and scalable roadmaps.
• Lead 0-to-1 product development and 1-to-n scaling across priority segments.
• Partner with technology, analytics, design, marketing, risk, legal, and operations to move products from concept to launch.
• Build product-led growth loops driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop experimentation frameworks to test demand, usability, adoption, and impact.
• Ensure new products work across digital and human channels, including branch and advisor models.
• Synthesize recommendations and make prioritization decisions across functions.
• Stay current on AI, fintech, digital product trends and customer behavior.
